Problem :

The client's regional e-commerce store was heavily relying on single-shot conversion campaigns that suffered from rapid ad fatigue and inconsistent ROI. Without a structured retargeting funnel, cold audiences were dropping off right after checking product pages, leading to high cart abandonment rates and wasted ad spend.

Solution :

We implemented the Scale Engine framework, splitting the Meta ads budget into three distinct funnel layers. Top-of-Funnel used high-hook lifestyle video ads to capture wide regional attention, while Middle and Bottom-of-Funnel dynamically retargeted users with authentic customer transformations, video copy using psychological triggers, and risk-free conversion offers.

Challenge :

The main challenge was overcoming regional decision paralysis and fighting intense local ad competition during peak seasonal drops. We solved this by running continuous dynamic A/B split tests with localized copywriting angles, scaling winning ad sets rapidly using predictive budget optimization, and creating real-time scarcity models on landing pages.

Summary :

By balancing localized psychological copywriting hooks with data-driven funnel optimization, the framework established a highly profitable acquisition system. The final performance sprint dramatically lowered customer acquisition costs (CAC) and turned the regional store into a highly competitive, scaling D2C brand.
