Problem :

Launching a new fragrance concept in a highly competitive regional market presented a massive customer acquisition hurdle. Without physical trial, traditional digital ads failed to convey scent value, leading to high bounce rates on product pages and decision paralysis among perfume enthusiasts who were skeptical of shifting away from liquid sprays.

Solution :

We executed a rigorous market validation framework at Startup Icon workshops to perfect our positioning. We structured a multi-layered DTC growth funnel centered on high-hook visual copy that highlighted the portable utility of variants like Nude Rose and Alpha Zone, utilizing strategic landing pages and dynamic retargeting to turn skepticism into high-intent conversions.

Challenge :

The main challenge was establishing trusted brand positioning and optimizing the digital supply chain for custom physical packaging while running heavy digital ad campaigns. We overcame this by launching data-driven lookalike targeting, utilizing localized psychological hooks to combat ad fatigue, and setting up precise server-side tracking pipelines to monitor customer lifetime value (LTV).
